| Position Description |

We seek a Systems Analyst to support Technology Operations systems* and provide technical support, while ensuring high levels of customer service. Ideal candidate must have the ability to quickly interpret and integrate newly engineered systems into daily operational systems, and complete all essential functions with nominal direction.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Systems support Creation & escalation of support incidents (support tickets) Monitor and complete support tickets in assigned queues Keep IT management apprised of critical issues, errors, or defects Other operational duties as assigned
Documentation Adhere to documentation standards
Projects Participate in assigned IT projects Complete tasks in a timely and quality fashion Adhere to implementation and change control standards
Other Recommend improvements to the technology operations support process systems

| Position Qualifications |
| |
2+ years of experience Subject matter expert in Windows XP Knowledge of MAC (OSX) Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 product suite Strong logical troubleshooting ability Solid customer service, organizational, and documentation skills Must have Associates degree or equivalent experience or technical certifications BA or BS preferred MCDST or achievement of MCDST within specified time requirements Achievement of one or more industry recognized certifications a year Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds |
